200 g (7 oz) crushed tomatoes
½ bunch fresh dill, chopped
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
450 g (1 lb) peas, fresh or frozen
200 ml (1 cup) water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot, then saute the onion and carrot for 5-6 minutes over medium heat until they soften.
Add the garlic and continue to cook for another minute until fragrant.
